2. Description of Platform

Genesis is a digital marketplace platform connecting student buyers and verified sellers within the KNUST community. Genesis facilitates product discovery, online payment processing via authorized payment partners, and landmark delivery coordination.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

To register an account or conduct transactions on Genesis, you must provide accurate and verifiable information. Sellers must undergo identity and profile verification before listing products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Listings & Prohibited Items

Sellers agree to list only genuine, legal items. Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, stolen property, counterfeit items, or any products violating university guidelines. Genesis reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing or account violating these policies.

5. Payments & Transactions

Online transactions are processed securely through Mobile Money and authorized payment gateways (Paystack). Payments made via online MoMo are held in escrow status until order fulfillment is initiated or confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Genesis strives to maintain high quality and seller verification across the platform. However, Genesis is not liable for indirect damages arising from user disputes, third-party carrier delays, or unauthorized account access.
